Site Pet may answer questions from approved public pages and guide visitors only to safe, owner-mapped destinations. You must have permission to use the indexed content, install the Widget, and process visitor questions.

Prohibited use

• Illegal activity, fraud, deception, harassment, hate, exploitation, or abuse.
• Malware, credential theft, surveillance, unauthorized tracking, or data extraction.
• Infringing content or content you do not have the right to index and use.
• Legal, medical, financial, employment, housing, credit, or safety decisions without a qualified human and appropriate safeguards.
• Collection of passwords, payment details, government identifiers, health records, or other sensitive data through visitor chat.
• Attempts to bypass quotas, origin checks, action restrictions, rate limits, security controls, or provider policies.
• Mapping forms, inputs, contenteditable fields, submissions, purchases, payment controls, or destructive actions.

Enforcement

We may limit or suspend use that creates security, legal, or visitor harm. When practical, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable correction. Serious or repeated abuse may result in termination. Report concerns to support@palbots.ai.
