Terms for responsible use.
Effective July 12, 2026. These terms govern access to and use of Site Pet.
Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, installing Site Pet, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Site Pet for an organization, you confirm that you may bind that organization.
The service and AI limits
Site Pet indexes approved public pages, answers visitor questions with citations, and offers site-owner-mapped actions. AI output can be incomplete or wrong; site owners must test important content, keep source pages accurate, and provide a non-AI contact path. Site Pet is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.
Owner responsibilities
You must have authority to install Site Pet, index the selected pages and process visitor questions. You are responsible for your content, visitor notices, mapped actions, and compliance with applicable law. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and must not map unsafe, payment, form-submission, or destructive controls.
Plans and billing
Free and Pro limits and prices are published on the pricing page. There is no overage billing: AI answers pause at the monthly limit. Paid subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or annual period until canceled. Creem acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment methods, receipts, taxes, cancellations, and approved refunds. You can cancel from the billing page through the Creem Customer Portal; access continues through the paid period. Our Refund Policy applies in addition to non-waivable consumer rights.
Your content and our software
You keep ownership of your site content and grant us a limited permission to process it only to provide, secure, and support Site Pet. We and our licensors retain rights in the service, software, pets, documentation, and branding. Feedback may be used without restriction, but it does not transfer ownership of your content.
Availability and changes
Site Pet is offered in early access and may change as we improve reliability, models, and integrations. We may suspend access to prevent abuse or security harm. We will give reasonable notice of material plan reductions or Terms changes when practicable; changes do not remove accrued paid access without a refund or equivalent remedy.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Site Pet is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for Site Pet in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and contact
You may stop using Site Pet at any time, cancel paid renewal, export available account data, and delete a site from Settings. We may terminate accounts for material or repeated violations after notice when appropriate. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@palbots.ai. Laws and mandatory consumer protections applicable to the operator and customer continue to apply.
