Refund Policy

A fair start, without lock-in.

Effective July 12, 2026. Creem processes Site Pet payments and approved refunds as Merchant of Record.

First purchase

You may request a refund for your first Site Pet Pro purchase within 14 days of payment. This gives you time to install the product, test answers, and confirm that it fits your Framer site.

Renewals and billing errors

A renewal may be refunded when requested within seven days and the site has not materially used Pro features after renewal. Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or service failures are always reviewed. Mandatory local consumer rights apply even when they are broader than this policy.

How to request a refund

Email support@palbots.ai from the account email and include the Creem order or invoice identifier plus the affected site. Do not send payment-card details. We respond within three business days. Approved refunds return through Creem to the original payment method; bank processing time varies.

Cancellation

Cancel at any time from Dashboard → Plan & billing → Customer Portal. Cancellation stops automatic renewal and keeps paid access through the current period; it does not by itself issue a refund.
