Contact support

Send the affected site URL, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time. Never include passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or unredacted visitor messages.

Widget does not appear

Publish the Framer site, verify Custom Code is enabled, then open the plugin and choose Repair loader. Republish and check that the production origin matches the Dashboard site.

Answers are missing or stale

Open Knowledge, run Sync now, and verify the page is in the production sitemap and is not blocked by robots, noindex or your include/exclude rules. Site Pet refuses unsupported answers when no reliable source is found.

An action does not resolve

Open Actions and remap the target on the current published page. Targets must match one unique semantic role and accessible name. Site Pet fails closed when a target is missing or ambiguous.

Account, billing, and data

Use Settings to create a redacted export or delete a site. Billing changes and receipts are available from the Creem Customer Portal. Canceling stops renewal while paid access continues through the current period. See the Refund Policyor email support for a billing review.

Security reports

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to support@palbots.ai. Include safe reproduction steps and avoid accessing data that is not yours. We acknowledge security reports within three business days.
