AI disclosure

Where the answer comes from.

Site Pet uses generative AI to answer questions, but keeps evidence and permitted actions under separate controls.

Generated answers

Visitor answers are generated by MiniMax from the question and a small set of relevant excerpts from the site's approved public pages. Facts should include page title, URL, and heading citations. When reliable support is missing, Site Pet is instructed to say it does not know.

Actions are not generated

The model may return only an action ID that the site owner previously stored. It cannot provide executable JavaScript, CSS selectors, or arbitrary URLs. Scroll and highlight may run automatically; navigation, disclosure, and approved external links require visitor confirmation. Forms, purchases, and destructive controls are prohibited.

Data and limitations

Common email, phone, and payment-card-like patterns are masked before visitor text is sent to the model or stored. Automated redaction is not perfect, so visitors should not submit sensitive information. Answers can still be incomplete, outdated, or wrong and should be checked against their cited page for important decisions.

Questions

Site owners can disable Site Pet by removing its Framer Custom Code loader. Questions about AI processing can be sent to support@palbots.ai.
